Our story
In 2004 a group of Costa Rican entrepreneurs and visionaries joined as partners to bring to San José, Costa Rica the option of small warehouses for self storage units. Until then, this option did not exist in Costa Rica. Our vision and effectiveness in the business made us the pioneers in the industry of "self storage" or mini warehouses in Costa Rica.
Minibodegas Guachipelin started in the market as an innovative business and became the only company that offered the service of self storage or mini warehouses. Our clients could store whatever they wanted or needed with total autonomy and full controlled access to their mini-warehouse. Since then we have been committed to offering excellent rental prices, total privacy and maximum security.
